Utusan Building Maintenance

MN Asian Enterprise was engaged to carry out comprehensive cleaning and site maintenance at Bangunan Utusan, a landmark commercial building. Our team of 10 trained cleaners worked efficiently to restore cleanliness and order across all key areas of the building.

Project highlights:

• Full-area cleaning, including common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces

• Dusting, sweeping, and mopping of all accessible floors

• Interior glass and window wiping

• Restroom cleaning and sanitation

• Deployment of RORO bins for efficient waste collection and disposal

• Removal of bulk debris and post-occupancy materials
